Clan Council

Hey Hey Hey everybody! Its nice to see you all have come to check out this weeks Newsletter, brought you in part by the letter W! First of all I wanted to say Merry Happy Easter to everybody, and I hope the Easter Chicken blesses you all with some crazy colored eggs. In this weeks newsletter we learn just how far camera's can travel by themselves, a two headed Shark, and how Kim Jong-un is losing facebook friends cause he needs more power...eeek!! So, with that, come along and lets see what kind of shit I can get into now....

Lets get some stories in from around the globe eh?

NEWNAN, GA. (USA)
3-27-2013

A Georgia woman has been reunited with her camera and photos after the camera she lost during a 2007 trip to Hawaii washed ashore in Taiwan.
Lindsay Scallan says she was on a scuba diving trip when she lost her camera during a night dive.

Scallan tells WGCL-TV she recently got a Facebook message from a high school friend saying his wife found an article on a Hawaiian television station's website about a lost camera. Scallan says a China Airlines employee found the camera and says all the images were still on the memory card.
The airline has offered to pay for Scallan to travel to Taiwan to retrieve her camera and meet the man who found it.
Scallan calls the experience social media at its best.

Gulf of Mexico (Somewhere by Florida)

Sharktopus and Dinoshark may be the products of Hollywood, but a two-headed bull shark found in the Gulf of Mexico is all too real, according to scientists with Florida Keys Community College and Michigan State Community College.
The scientists have confirmed that the shark, discovered in April 2011, is the first of its kind and is a single shark with two heads and not conjoined twins.

"This is certainly one of those interesting and rarely detected phenomena," MSU assistant professor of fisheries and wildlife Michael Wagner said in a statement from the school Monday. "It’s good that we have this documented as part of the world’s natural history, but we’d certainly have to find many more before we could draw any conclusions about what caused this."

The shark was found by a fisherman when he opened the uterus of an adult shark. It died shortly thereafter and was brought to the marine science department at FKCC, where it was then transported to Michigan State.
Wagner and his team discovered two distinct heads, hearts and stomachs, with the rest of the body joining together in the back to form a single tail.
Goes to show ya, that humans are not the only creatures that can be two faced lol

...its not all doom and gloom...

Boston, MA (USA)
3-22-2013

A young Arizona Diamondbacks fan named Ian unselfishly gave a souvenier ball tossed by a Milwaukie Brewers player to a very upset Brewers fan.
The young Brewers fan was tossed the ball from his home team hero but he missed it. It went past him and landed in Ian's cap, who was excited about having a game ball to take home.
After seeing how upset the Brewers fan was for missing his opportunity, Ian returned down the steps to the boy and handed him the game ball. The video was caught live during the game. Announcers couldn't believe it.
Here's play-by-play of the moment from announcers Daron Sutton and Mark Grace:

Sutton: "Are you kidding me, this kid is going to do this?"
Grace: "That is big time, right there!"
Sutton: "Oh my goodness!"
Grace: "What a nice young man!"

For his generosity, Ian was rewarded with a trip to the announcers booth, tickets to a future game and an autographed bat from Justin Upton, his favorite Diamondbacks player. Of course he had no idea that he would receive this when he gave away the ball.

Faith in humanity restored.

Moving on....

Alright, this is the moment youve all been waiting for...the chance to vote for the people you think would make great council members, that deal with all sorts of stuff! I would encourage each and every one of you to make a decision based on how you get on with the canidates, how you think they would perform in situations, and if you think they will be reliable enough to take on whatever sh*t gets thrown their way, to maintain this clan as it should be..a FRIENDLY GAMING CLAN! YAAY!!
Anyway....the canidates are as follows:

Blade
Whisky
WooDy
Ninjacx
FeralWings (Virion)
Sinwars

Now, the question is...how do we vote? Well its simple. Just follow this linky link:

I think we agreed that youll have 1 week to decide on this, so look out for the results in next weeks newsletter. Good luck to everybody that is running. :)

I hope everybody is having / had a Happy Easter! The question that plagued my mind is where exactly did the Easter Bunny come into play with this holiday. I found an answer, all I had to do was google it lol.

According to the University of Florida's Center for Children's Literature and Culture, the origin of the celebration — and the origin of the Easter Bunny — can be traced back to 13th-century, pre-Christian Germany, when people worshiped several gods and goddesses. The Teutonic deity Eostra was the goddess of spring and fertility, and feasts were held in her honor on the Vernal Equinox. Her symbol was the rabbit because of the animal’s high reproduction rate.

So yeah, when people say Sping is in the Air, it means there is a wild rabbit on the loose, humping chickens. Better keep your kids indoors then lol.

So apparently there is going to be a UK meetup happening soon enough, where even Webley is gonna come out of hiding and join up. The date is the 20th of July I believe, and the area is ummm.....London?
Well, you can read about it if you are interested here:
http://www.wolfpackclan.com/modules/n ... gth-july-london-area.html

For those attending, have fun and be safe!

There are no new members at this time.

For those that enjoy playing the Battlefield franchise, a new installment will be out this coming fall. Battlefield 4 looks amazing as ever, but the thing that gets me is that 3 didnt come out too long ago and there is already a new one. I do hope its not like COD from what I hear...
You can check out this 17 minute video of what youll be looking forward to if you like the previous games..

Whoooa so check it out....an old NES game is getting ressurected with a bit more polish on it. Ducktales for NES, released in 1989, is coming back with a bit more glitter! Check out the video down below if you dont believe me...

Now to me, thats wayyy cool. I'd like to see if people give it a second go, as good as its looking. We shall see....

Well anyway, this week has been kinda slow in the way of clan activity, so thats all from me.
I hope you guys and gals are all well, getting along and all that good stuff on this awesome Sunday! In lue of all the different things coming out that is made from bacon, I give you this...

Remember, there is always a Wolf chasing Easter Eggs....
