What's Crack-a-lackin my peeps?!? Its WooDy again with this weeks newsletter. Read everything from floating cats, Papercrafting, and the plans we have building up to ALIENS COLONIAL MARINES! HOT DIGGITY DAMN! Alright boys and girls, take my hand as I lead you to the promised land......

The owner of Holly the cat is hoping some regular exercise in a swimming pool might help change the hefty feline's favorite show from "Maury'' to "The Biggest Loser.''
Weighing in at 18 pounds, the 13-year-old cat has been taking regular swims since May of last year at the Olde Towne Pet Resort in Dulles, Va., while wearing a life vest. The pool is usually only used by dogs for exercise, mobility and therapy, but Holly has joined the action and occasionally shows the dogs how it's done by kitty-paddling.
At what exact point in time does one figure out "Hey, I think I feed the cat a lil too much"? LOL

When a famous 44-pound metal cookie was stolen from outside a German factory, there was one obvious suspect. But few would have expected the Cookie Monster himself to claim responsibility for the crime.
The giant golden snack has been a landmark as part of a statue at leading cookie manufacturer Bahlsen's site in Hannover since 1913 until it vanished on Jan. 21.
This week, the first clue emerged when a ransom note made up of letters cut from newspapers and signed by the "Cookie Monster" was sent to a local newspaper.
The sender demanded that a shipment of cookies be sent to to a local children’s hospital. "The ones with milk chocolate, not the ones with dark chocolate or without chocolate," the letter read.
And should the request not be fulfilled? "The golden cookie would be sent to the trash can of Oscar the Grouch," the ransom note warned.
An accompanying photo showed someone dressed up as the famous "Sesame Street" character taking a big bite from a golden cookie.
HAHAHAHA! YES!! The Cookie Monster wants someone else to deliver the cookies cause the Cookie Monster will eat them otherwise. Someone should make those kids some damn cookies already.
Moving on....
Everybody is excited for Sega's new game Aliens: Colonial Marines, but what are you doing to prepare for it? Some of us refuse to watch or partake in any Alien action until its release and others...well, others are planning on doing some heavy but fun training. Our beloved Tic (aka Sir Swish) has come up with a plan in hopes to get us all together for some fun until A:CM's release date. From the 6th of this month on till the 12th, he was proposing that we get into the Aliens games that we have at our disposal. From our Killing Floor mod, to AVP, AVP2 and even AVP2010. Here is what he is proposing:
Monday 4th - AVP
Tuesday 5th - AVP2
Wednesday 6th - AVP2012
Thursday 7th - A:KF
Friday 8th - AVP
Saturday 9th - AVP2
Sunday 10th - AVP2012
Monday 11th - A:KF
Tuesday 12th - Release day.
I doubled the dates for each game that way
1. Easy way of extending the event.
2. Hopefully every one will be able to get at least one game of each. -[WPC] Tic
So if you guys are down for some Alien gaming, lets get together and get some in.

For those of you that play the game Planetside 2, it seems like the game just got a massive update as of yesterday. Unfortunatly there is just waaaaaay too much to list on the newsletter, so instead i'm gonna provide you with the link in which I found explaining what they fixed.

Oculus VR
"Immersive virtual reality technology that's wearable and affordable." Oculus VR™ was founded by Palmer Luckey, self-described virtual reality enthusiast and hardware geek. The company launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund development of their first product, the Oculus Rift, a ground-breaking virtual reality headset for immersive gaming. With the support of top video game companies including Valve, Epic Games and Unity, the Kickstarter was an enormous success, raising over $2.4 million in funding from project backers and supporters around the world.
The team is currently developing the Oculus Rift in an effort to revolutionize the way people experience interactive content.
Be sure to check out what this project is all about in the video down below. The dev kit is set out to be launched in April of this year for approximately $300.00 dollars.
WPC Codex
Wolves and applicants alike should take this opportunity now to go back and read the codex, and remember the codex. For those of you that have been unable to find it, ive got just the thing for you:
We as a clan love to have fun in what we do. Sure we joke amongst each other but one of the things would dont do is take things to the extreme. We are a community based clan, not elitists. We have fun, but even if we are better then someone else, we should never belittle someone for that fact. If we are to continue to promote our name through our servers, Trolling other people will not be tolerated. So please, again, read the codex and understand what it means to be a true Wolf.

Member Specific News
It seems that the man with the master plan himself, Whisky, has been a busy lil Wolfie lately. Taking up a new hobby, Whisky has decided to make a Papercraft version of the M41A Pulse Rifle. He has done something a lil different in his approach on keeping tabs of the time spent on his project as shown down below in his video, so check it out! Plus you can also follow his progress as well as see Hemi's completed version in the thread linked HERE
Also one of our own had to apparently take a trip to the hospital recently for reasons unknown at this time. Nanachi, one of our newest members is said to be in the hospital for anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks. Whatever it is dude, we hope you get well soon!
Moonhowler Position
The Moonhowler Rank in the Clan, is a very privledged one indeed. A Moonhowler is someone that is able to write stories that involve Clan mates in the story, as well as the games we play. So far there are a few of you that have shown your talent when it comes to writing short stories, and we always encourage creativity among our members. If you think you can create some stories that are about the WPC, then let us know. We, the council, are working on getting things set back up for the short stories on the main page as well so it will be seen by all.
Anyway....let us know!

Re: Newsletter 148 Hehehe, I still like that one from BLR. They're a funny bunch, especially with teh voice over of michael bubble whatshisname's song. Which is now named, shoot a russian unicorn, lol.
Anyway, I'd go for Moon Howler but as I've already said to Sinwars, changed my mind on that since I obviously don't exactly write with a WPC theme :P
