Its election time Wolves!We lost a few wolves here and there, and the council is in need of some serious members that will pick things up. What does a council member do?
1 ] He/She makes sure everything runs smooth on the site, and keeps members in line once in a while.(thankfully this is hardly necessary @ the WPC hehe).
2 ] Add content. He/She takes on the responsibility of posting news related to the games we play and fills in other members if somethings up in the world of HL2, AVP or any future games of the WPC. Also my duties are related to this job...like creating avatars/wallpapers/garphic stuff.....but also Snooze's stories etc etc.
3 ] We make decisions regarding the future of WPC and its members. This is usally done with voting between the 5 council members.
4 ] Council members have to be active within the games the WPC plays. Members of the clan love to play against the council, its a fact....probably has to do with superiorty complexes lol.
5 ] Most important...you need to be active on the site. This site belongs to a community...lets make sure it also feels that way.(and not just sit arround staring at posts...activity is very important)
6 ] Be open to all suggestions that would make this clan a better one. Dont hold some personal grudge against someone just because he or she stepped on yer toes once. Council is a team-effort. If you cant function in a civilised manor with a fellow clan-member you dont belong in the council.
7 ] Dont use this job for power. Nuff said.
So how does this work? There are 4 council seats(Solo is number 5-Web is 6...so they are always in), and each members who agrees to the above statements and want to apply for the job must respond in this thread/post. Just say yer up for it...that would be enough.
At the end of the week, we will either devide the seats if there's enough. Or the rest of the clan will have a vote! This will be on the site for about 2 weeks in which (hopefully) every member of the WPC has cast his vote on his or her's fav WPC Council Member. ps : all seats of the council are up for grabs exept Solo's and Webley's...they are founders. Mine for example can be taken...but not without a fight lol.
